The Mindset Signature
A 75-question read on the 15 mindsets that decide how a competitor handles a hard season. Works for any sport, takes about twelve minutes, and ends with two reports: one written to the competitor, one written to you.

They answer 75 questions
On a phone, in about twelve minutes. Five questions on each of the fifteen mindsets, scored 1 to 5. Progress saves on their own device, so they can stop and finish later.

Two reports come out
The Competitor Report goes to them: their fifteen scores, their strongest three, the three to grow, and one thing to do this week. The Coach Report goes to you: the same scores read differently, what you will see from them, where to coach them next, and a line to open the conversation with.
What it measures
Fifteen mindsets, five questions each. Two questions ask how much a competitor uses the mindset, two ask whether they actually train it, and one asks how they rate themselves against teammates. That split is what lets the report flag a competitor who leans on a mindset in competition but never practices it, and one who rates themselves well above what their habits show.

Why a coach would run this
Fifteen minutes of your athletes' time tells you which three mindsets are carrying your roster and which three are costing you close contests. Run it in the preseason to know what you have, and again later to see what moved.
