How your answers are handled

How your answers are handled depends on how you take the assessment.

If you joined a team with a code from your coach, your first and last name, your grade, your answers and your scores are saved to your record on that team, so you can come back to them from any device and take it again later. Your coach can see your scores and download your Coach Report, and so can the Mental Edge Academy staff who run this tool. Your PIN is never stored as you typed it, so no one can read it back, including us.

If you take it on your own, there is no account and no database behind it. Your name, your sport, your team, and all 75 answers are stored in your own browser on the device you used, and nowhere else.

On your own, when you tap one of the download buttons, those answers are sent to this site once so the PDF can be built, and they are thrown away as soon as the file is handed back to you. Nothing is written down on our side, so no one, including us, can look up your results later or send them to anybody.

That also means you are the only one who can keep them. Download the reports you want before you clear your results or clear your browser data, because they cannot be recovered afterwards.

On your own, clearing your results from the results screen removes them from this device immediately.

The Mindset Signature is a coaching tool, not a clinical service. It does not diagnose anything and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If something a competitor is dealing with goes beyond performance, involve the adults and the professionals who should be involved.
